About

"For me, being a counsellor is hugely important and rewarding. I am passionate about what I do."
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have an Advanced Diploma in Relationship Psychotherapy from the NAOS Institute and a Post Graduate Diploma (Distinction) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London. I have worked as a psychotherapist for over ten years. Alongside my private practice, I have previously worked as a counsellor at the Centre for Better Health, a charity that supports well-being and recovery from mental ill-health.
BACP
The BACP is the largest professional body representing counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK. They set the standards, values, and ethical guidelines by which therapists work. I am committed to regular continuing professional development to keep me up to date with current practice. For more information go to www.bacp.co.uk

Integrative therapy
As part of my therapeutic approach I draw on my experience of different theoretical approaches, including person centred and psychodynamic theory and cognitive behavioural therapy, to provide tailed support tailored to clients.
