About

"For me, being a counsellor is hugely important and rewarding. I am passionate about what I do."
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I have a Post Graduate Diploma (Distinction) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London. I am soon to complete my studies for an Advanced Diploma in Relationship Therapy at the NAOS Institute. I have significant experience working with adults of all ages. Alongside my private practice, I have previously worked as a counsellor at the Centre for Better Health, a charity that supports well-being and recovery from mental ill-health.
BACP
The BACP is the largest professional body representing counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK. They set the standards, values, and ethical guidelines by which therapists work. I am committed to regular continuing professional development to keep me up to date with current practice. For more information go to www.bacp.co.uk

Integrative therapy
As part of my therapeutic approach I draw on my experience of different theoretical approaches, including person centred and psychodynamic theory and cognitive behavioural therapy, to provide support tailored to the needs of the individual and those having relationship therapy.
